Hey Bruce was formed in 2010 when Bruce Holtkamp identified a need for a professional with a diversified range of building and repair trade experience in an already crowded and formulaic field. Rather than treat customers and jobs as if they were a standard process, Bruce sought to create an unbeatable company that adhered to old-fashioned work ethic and complete customer satisfaction. After working for 10 years as the Operations Manager for a Midwestern office supply company, a trend began to form when Bruce’s family, friends, and coworkers started asking him for his help with various projects. Although the jobs differed greatly, the start to every conversation was the same, beginning with, “Hey Bruce…”
